Vast Publishers Uganda Ltd is a Publisher of quality and affordable educational books and instructional support materials that complement the school syllabus at all levels and are in line with the curriculum guidelines developed by the National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC).

We have a variety of text books and reading materials. We supply books that are not readily available on the market through special orders which can be delivered within fifteen (15) working days. We also supply books from other publishing houses (companies) on special order and such orders can be delivered within seven (7) working days.

Our Story

Vast Publishers Uganda Limited is a private limited company with specialization in commissioned and non-commissioned publishing for all education levels. We publish course books and supplementary reading books for pre-primary, primary, secondary and tertiary level.

Vast Publishers Uganda Limited was re-registered on 23rd November 2022, when Moran East Africa Publishers Limited sold its interests in Moran Uganda Publishers Limited to Vast Publishers Uganda Limited. Vast Publishers Uganda Limited continues to represent Moran (E.A) Publisher’s interests in Uganda.

Moran Uganda Publishers Limited has been a household name on the publishing scene in Uganda, with a reputation for excellent and innovative published materials such as Atlases, Revision books, Wall maps, Wall charts, Dictionaries, Readers both in English and local languages and a range of other top-quality instructional support materials across all levels from nursery, primary, secondary and tertiary levels.

Vast Publishers Uganda Limited has upheld this status quo and continues to work with teachers, academicians and academic institutions to develop curriculum relevant course books and supplementary materials to suit the needs of teachers and students at all levels.
